                                    Brief Answer:
Withdrawal period most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is most likely your withdrawal bleeding only but best information will be provided by your period on 25th.
In case you get it on 25th too then it can be labelled as a mid cycle spotting which occurs at times in case of emergency pill intake in the start of cycle.
In either case there is no risk of pregnancy as you guys had sex on the day when there is no egg in female body to form a baby so nothing to worry.

                                    Brief Answer:
Can continue for 2-3 days
Detailed Answer:
No this will not be a heavy period as there is no enough endometrium to cause bleeding and it will continue for 2-3 days most probably.
Your period is likely to get delayed because of pill and this bleeding episode but nothing active needs to be done for that except for safe sex.
Use protection now as you can have erratic ovulation in upcoming cycle so in case you indulge in unprotected sex now there will be high chance of unwanted pregnancy.

                                    Brief Answer:
Tranexemic acid can be taken
Detailed Answer:
As far as periods ate concerned I cannot comment as they can come on 25th or may come directly after 1 month as it seems this is your period only which is why it is continuing for 4 days.
To stop this you can take tablet tranexemic acid three times a day for 2-3 days.
But it will stop by itself also in case you skip taking tranexemic acid.
So all in all nothing to worry and just relax.
