Question: hi i want to know that me and my gf had unprotected intercourse on 21st feb....hr cycle ends on 19th. but soon i realize and with in 3 hrs i gave him unwanted 72. and she had bleeding on 28th of feb which contineus for 3 to 4 days. now its 28th march but she didnt hv his periods . what does it mean?

First of all, you did unprotected sexual intercourse in extremely SAFE PERIOD on 21st FEB and additionally, she took UNWANTED 72 within 3 hrs of sex which will give her more than 99% extra protection against unwanted pregnancy. She has NO chance of pregnancy in this context. She got vaginal bleeding (similar to period) is due to withdrawal effect of the Unwanted 72 pill . It is quite common and natural phenomena. Most women get this type of bleeding after taking emergency pill. You don't be panic/ tensed regarding this. However, her next period may be delayed for 1 to 2 weeks due to hormonal imbalance and associated mental stress. She can wait another 1 week to get period naturally. She must be free from mental stress (main cause of delayed period), take healthy diet, drink plenty of fluid or water, keep bowel habit regular, maintain genital hygiene and take sound sleep. These are helpful to induce period naturally. If she doesn't get her period after waiting another one week, she must consult with nearest gynecologist for test and examination.
