Question : if my girlfriends is six week pregnant and experiencing bleeding and cramps and the baby heart rate is around 90, what could this mean for the baby?

At 6 weeks bleeding and a slower heart rate is suggestive of threatened abortion. She needs absolute rest and proper treatment with progesterone therapy and low dose aspirin for the baby to survive.
It is best to avoid any caffeine and alcohol intake and take absolute bed rest. Do get the necessary medicines prescribed from her gynecologist to save the baby.
