Question : Hi, I'm 27 year old my doctor advised me to take femilon 21 days packet for 3 months to treat my cyst, but i took first pack irregularly that means missed few days. 2nd month totally i haven't taken any. 3rd month i just started regularly on my 5th day of menses (3rd Nov'14) & missed my 6th day tablet (8th nov'14). on my 11th day of menses had unprotected sex with my husband from that day i have started taking tablet for next 2 days. Now i'm bleeding suddenly on my 14th day (12th Nov'14) & stopped femilon, have a doubt that am i fertilized? because of femilon am i aborted? thats y i'm bleeding. what i need to do now please help me

I took from 3rd to 7th nov than missed on 8th nov. 9th nov had unprotected sex. But that day night(9th nov) took tablet. 10th nov also had. Again from 11th till date didn't have the tablet.meantime started bleeding from 12th nov that means y'day till now. What i need to do?

USE BACKUP AND START FRESH PACK NEXT MONTH

Detailed Answer:
Please understand that you have taken these pills most irregularly.
That is not the way of taking them.
Instead of benefitting from them, you are increasing your risks and side effects.
The bleeding is mostly due to the irregular intake of the pills.
Right now, do nothing.
Stop taking all pills and all kinds of hormones.
Just use a backup method of contraception ( condoms ) till your next period.
Start fresh pack from day 2 of cycle, only if you are able to remember and take the pills regularly.
There is no way to know if pregnancy has occurred or not, just take a pregnancy test 3 weeks after the last episode of unprotected sex.

hi,

Thanks for the advise.... Now, please let me know i need to go to doctor for the bleeding (since i'm bleeding from past 3 days but not very heavily (2 pads per day))If not required can i start the fresh pack from day after tomorrow because that's my 5th day this early menses started .... I requires a clear cut advise for this bleeding problem, also note that i'm feeling all the menses symptoms like back pain, abdominal cramps....

I do not think you need a doctor, as this is in all probability your period.
This is an abnormal period resulting from improper and totally erratic use of the pills.
I did give you very clear cut instructions.
Please take NO HORMONES ( no pills ) for the next cycle.
Till then use a condom or alternative method.
Start the new pack from day 2 of your next period.
Please feel free to seek another opinion if you have a doubt.
