Brief Answer:
Diagnosis should be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion, ectopic pregnancy or hemorrhage around the fetus known as sunchorionic hemorrhage.
The exact diagnosis can be confirmed by a transvaginal ultrasound.
Susten is given to make the uterine environment more favorable for pregnancy and can be taken in sunchorionic hemorrhage after confirmation.
It's not useful in the other two conditions.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
