Ic is interstitial cystitis, the bleeding in dec,i had a total hysterectomy but my ovaries were left for hormonal tharephy
Brief Answer:
Needs examination immediately
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for additional information.
If there is total hysterectomy, there should be no bleeding from vagina.
There is necessity to find source of bleeding. Please get examination done by your gynecologist to check for source of bleeding whether it is from vagina or vault of surgery.
This has nothing to do with IC , pain / burning in hip or BM. This needs immediate examination to confirm source and proceed further.

Brief Answer:
Wound causing bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry to know about sexual assault. Thank you for providing this important information.
Sexual assault generally causes wound in vagina which if not healed leads to bleeding. Sexual assault is likely to have caused vaginal wound and thereby bleeding.
On examination your doctor is likely to see this wound and prescribe medicines for the wound to heal. The bleeding is most likely to be from wound.
The pain you are describing might be related to muscular injury sometimes earlier which can be treated by rest and pain killers.
