Question : hello my wife is 4 months pregnant and she started having a bleeding yesterday and the blood is black is that normal. where does the blood come through?

Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Most common cause of bleeding at 4 months is placental in origin or due to some trauma so get an Ultrasound done for evaluation of the cause of bleeding.
In the meanwhile ask her to have full bed rest for at least 3-5 days and avoid exertion and even intercourse.
