Question : Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant with twin. It is an ivf pregnancy. From yesterday mid night I started to bleed. And till now bleeding.but there is no cramping. I was taking susten 100 ml injection daily starting 6 Oct. And on progynova 1 mg. All these stoped on last Sunday. My dr told that he won't b able to hlp until the bleeding stops. I am very worried. Please help.

I understand your concern..

It would be better to continue duphaston 10mg bd which is micronised progesterone.. Also get a scan done to see for fetal wellbeing and placental position.. If the babies are fine take good rest..

Complete bed rest with good hydration and nutritious diet will help you... Weekly progesterone injection also to be continued..
