Question : Friday night we(Me and my Wife) had sex and she in between the action complained of me having pushed it little harder out of excitement that might have injured her internally as in the morning we noticed a lot of bleeding with a little bit of spotting in the bed sheet and in her clothes as well! Thereafter, whenever she checked with a piece of cotton at that place a small amount of blood was always there although the day. In the evening visited a Gynaecologist who prescribed Pause 500, Monocef o, Can soft CL , Crocin Nexpro 500 that she started taking/applying since last night itself. But, in the morning she spotted blood again. Please help....

Brief Answer:
Vaginal injury should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Rough intercourse can lead to vaginal injury which can cause bleeding and spotting.
She needs to be examined internally, and if any such injury is there, it should be stitched.
If no injury is there, then she should take the prescribed medications for 1 week more.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

She has not been checked up by the Gynaecologist internally although. Is it mandatory to have stitches in the injury, if any, to get healed properly? Can medicines alone not work wonder? Are the Medicines prescribed good enough for her to get well completely? If the bleeding still continues what should be done next? If the bleeding stops in next 1/2 days is there any chance of coming it back? Will it have impact on our future married life?

Brief Answer:
Injury should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, she should get checked internally by an OBGYN specialist.
If the injury is larger, then stitches need to be taken, the smaller ones will heal by themselves.
Medicines prescribed are appropriate.
If bleeding do not stops, then injury should definitely be ruled out.
It will not effect your future married life.
