Brief Answer:
transvaginal ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, after reading your medical history I will suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound at the earliest because this slught bleeding can be an early sign of serious disease like endometrial or cervical cancer or just due to atrophic vaginitis.
Get the ultrasound and then we can discuss further plan of management.
Hope for the best.
Regards
Dr Manisha.
