Brief Answer:
Vaginal examination advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know if you have hot flushes and vaginal itching or dyspareunia or mood swings?
In my opinion most common cause is vaginal atrophy due to lack of hormones as ovaries also stop functioning or decreased function after surgery.
So you need a proper vaginal examination with Pap smear and then most probably hormone replacement therapy.
Take care
