Low BMI is most common resone for lack of periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi
there thank you for your info
in my opinion low body weight is the resone for your lack of periods.
there is nothing to feel bad about this.
I suggest you not to take any pills for putting on weight because they will have lots of side effects.
I suggest you to consider meeting a good dietetion and ask for a proper diet.
once you put on weight your periods will come back again normally.

Brief Answer:
Altered vaginal discharge needs treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion vaginal discharge is normally seen during certain days of cycle like a few days after the completion of period and before the starting of period.
And this normal discharge is sticky mucus and white colour and no foul smell.
But in a few types of vaginal infection the altered vaginal discharge is seen like:-
1)Candidiasis- It is a fungal infection. Here the white discharge is curdy and associated
with severe itching.
2)Trichomoniasis-Here the discharge is frothy and light yellowish and associated with minimal itching but foul smelling might be there.
3)Bacterial vaginosis- Here there is yellowish discharge but no itching.
4)The sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea might also have altered discharge associated with burning urination and history of complaints in the partner too.
The normal discharge doesn't require any treatment but the infective discharge might need.
So if the discharge is altered then you might
need to see the doctor.
Practice safe sex with condom. And take healthy nutritional diet to gain weight.
If BMI gets normal cycles will become regular.
Sometimes even with no problems a few people might have irregular cycles in the initial years of menarche and it might get spontaneously normal after 18 years of age.
So dont worry.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

There are many resons for back ach

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
good day
welcome to health care magic
usually during periods there will be increased amount of inflammatory mediators in our blood which causes back ach and slight depressive sick XXXXXXX in some individuals. this phenomenon is quite normal and will be seen more offen in young girls.
but periods is not the solo cause of back pain. there are other causes like renal stones, muscle spasm and spine related problems

But in above mentioned condition pain will be very much unbearable.

so I suggest you to relax and monitor your self in case of pain associated with fever you need to see a doctor.

for pain relief you can consider taking ibuprofen or panadol or medenamic acid tablets

All this medications are avilable over counter and speak to your pharmacist for dosage details

Brief Answer:
diet plan

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion I would like to give preliminary suggestions on diet though iam not a professional dietician.
You need to follow 3 steps for good diet pattern:-
1)Timing.
2)Quality.
3)Quantity.
1)Timing:-In any diet schedule taking meals
on time is important.Delayed or skipping meal is not at all recommended.
You need to take 1500-1600kcal per day with respect to your weight.
2)Quality:-Food should be mostly of organic
nature and semifried vegetables along with whole grain cereals and millets.
3)Quantity:-If you are taking rice as staple food take 3 cups of rice per meal along with green leafy veggies and pulses.
If you take bread take 5-6 slices of bread with fruit jam or chesse per meal.
Each and every meal should contain green leafy veggiesor raw vegetables in the form of salad.
Take storage 250 ml milk per day.
And afternoon take around 300 ml of a glass of fresh fruit juice.
In case of meat products 200-250gm of chicken or lean meat per day can be taken.
It is advisable to prefer sea food than meat.
At night I suggest you to take 100-150 ml of yoghurt because proboitics are important for gut health.
Daily 20-30 mins of mild exercise should be done.
Avoid preserved and fried foods and high carbonated drinks.
Alcohol can be taken in moderate amount if you are interested.
As I dont know about your likes and dislikes in food so I suggested a general diet plan which you can follow easily.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
