Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns but before giving my opinion about it I would like to ask a few questions from you.
Is vaginal itching is associated with any foul smell?
Is she having vaginal discharge ( color of discharge)?
Is she having any urinary symptoms like urinary frequency, urgency etc?
Is she taking any treatment and oral pills etc.?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.

Foul smell only when she has the discharge. Yes she is having discharge. Color comes out as watery but underwear in morning is white stuff.

Most likely fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for the information.
Her symptoms are most likely due to fungal infection.
She can try monistat or Clotrimazole vaginal tablets for 6-7 days. And clotrimazole and betamethasone cream for local application.
Other precautions as we discuss before. She needs to increase her immunity with regular exercise and also take cleaner drinking water.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
