What Causes Vaginal Itching And Discharge While On Clotrimazole?
Question: Hi i had white vaginal discharge 3 days ago and Itching so i suspecting a yest infektion and been taking daktarin for the past 3 days The white bleeding has stopped but still burning and Itching sensation inside. I went to c gp as im worried and she presxeibed clotrimazole 500 Mg passaries for me to take One every 3 Nights

I think your GP has prescribed appropriate treatment. Sometimes, the yeast infection takes longer duration of treatment to resolve. I think clotrimazole pessaries should help you. If the problem persists, you might need oral antifungal drugs.
Other than this,
Avoid vaginal douching.
Wear cotton underpants.
Keep the area dry.
Always clean from front to backward.

Thank you for the info. I just wanted to ask about the following:
a) should i refrain from sex also ?
b) the gp told be i could not give the yest infektion to my husband However just wanted to double check if thats true
c) if i put my finger inside it feels as if i would have some kind of pimples inside is this normal ?
