Question : Hi Doctor. I am married and have a kid of 3 years old. Stopped feeding. Had a copper T. From the last 3 months, I am getting itching before and after periods and having thick brown discharge during periods.

I have checked the copper T recently (month ago) with gynecologist and she confirmed that it is in position and soft. I had this problem since the start of summer season (Chennai - From February ending). Had dryness in vagina. Whenever I do sex with my hubby, I see thick discharge of white. Not so lubricant and very itchy. This is the first time its happening. Will this Cetirizine and Metronidazole work and visit the doctor after periods?

Thank you Doctor. Can I use it now coz my periods have started? Now I do not have itching, but still have the thick brown discharge. Free flow of periods not yet started. Maybe it will start in next two days I believe as it has happened in the previous month. How to use that clotrimazole vaginal pessary?
