Question : i have had vaginal itching for months. no discharge, no odor. i am 54, post menopausal. i feel dry there, so i tried vagisil, lotion, cortaid. all with very temporary results. i am over weight at 208# .

Hello mam, it seems typically a case of atrophic vaginitis.
Apply cream estradiol cream premarin locally twice a week for at least 3 months. But before starting that you need to visit a gynecologist for examination to rule out estrogen dependent growth in body.
