Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
This pain could be due to side effect of I-pill.
But before giving my opinion about it I would like to ask few questions from you.
Are you having any associated foul smelling discharge?
Are you having burning in urination?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
As you are having pain and foul smelling vaginal discharge it could be due to vaginal infection.
If color of discharge is white then it could be due to fungal infection and you can use vaginal tablet( clotrimoxazole) for 6-7 days after consultation with your treating doctor.
Keep the area dry and clean, take pain killer for pain, wear loose fitting cotton undergarments, take healthy and nutritious diet.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
