Question : spotting blood 4 weeks after a complete hysterectomy. I just was on a 4 hour ride had a family funeral been on the go. This is the first time since surgery I have spotted like this it is very red. I had started memopause at age 47.

The spotting after exertion like a ride after hysterectomy can cause mild spotting - can be related to dry vagina. This will gradually subside on its own. In case the bleeding is persistent then do consult gynecologist for an examination.
