What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Progesterone Pills?

Question: I got married in May 13th, and was on birth control. I had some weird bleeding (lighter than normal) on May 17th (the doctor gave me progesterone to help me start my period later).Now, I was supposed to start my Period 4 days ago, and haven't... (My husband also hasn't ejaculated inside me). Instead of a period i have had this light pink color spotting. And have had some weird yellowish mucus for the past 3 days. I also have had sore breasts, and been SUPER nauseous! Plus only certain things sound good to eat, and I have been experiencing period like cramps. Is there a chance i am pregnant?
