Brief Answer:
It is a side effect of the Unwanted 72.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Bleeding / spotting with pain / cramps is a side effect of the unwanted 72.
This is due to hormonal withdrawal.
Please do not worry, it is a normal happening.
Nothing needs to be done for it.
The bleeding will stop on its own in 2 - 3 days.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

thank you for the reply..

I know the fact that her period may be little late or early due to the intake of tablet, but is there a chance that there will be no period happening? if so when should we go for a pregnancy check up?

thank you so much for your reply doctor...

Brief Answer:
All methods explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the appreciation.
See, natural methods are not very reliable.
I can explain the safety period method, but it has high chances of failure.
Also, taking the emergency contraceptive pill each time is also very risky, and not effective, and will lead to irregular periods.
Condoms are really the best option, as they are quite safe.
If you are not alright with condoms, then your wife can use regular birth control pills.
They are quite safe and effective, but she has to remember to take them everyday at the same time.
Femilon is an excellent brand.
Regarding the safety period method, count the first day of menstrual bleeding as day 1.
Then onwards, the first 10 days are safe.
The next 10 days are unsafe.
Again the remaining days until the next period are safe.
But as I said, this method is very unreliable.
It is best to use condoms or birth control pills on a regular basis to keep yourself and your wife safe and happy.
You can contact me anytime you wish to, on the direct link that I have provided.
Right now, till her next period, you can use condoms, and then can start Femilon from the second day of her next menstrual period.
Take care.
Wish you good health.
