Brief Answer:
Do TVS scan and beta-hCG test to rule out miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us. I understand your concern.

1) In this case, I suggest you to undergo blood test for beta-hCG and one Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan (TVS scan) to rule out possible miscarriage or subchorionic hemorrhage.

It will confirm healthy pregnancy and viability of the growing fetus. Review with test result or consult with your nearest OBGYN doctor for proper management.

2) In the mean time, you should maintain genital hygiene properly, avoid heavy work or long journey, take healthy diet, adequate bed rest and prescribed medication. You may require progesterone supplement after reviewing test reports.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
