Question : on Oct 12 I found out was pregnant.... on 10/13 my hcg was 30 progesterone was 5.6 doc said it was fine on 10/15 hcg it went to 47 on 10/20 hcg it went to 67. I've been lightly spotting since 10/13 only when I wipe. I'm worried it my be etopic but I have no cramps and very little symptoms of pregnancy.. I'm really concerned my doc does not seem to be taking more action. I am using progesterone cream on my own since my doc will not give me progesterone.

I understand your concern..

From the hcg values you have given there is a rise in the values but no doubling.. So this could be a failing pregnancy or an ectopic or a slowly growing pregnancy.. But nothing can be said confirmatory at this stage as it is to early for the ultrasound to pick up a gestational sac..

In my opinion, take adequate rest, have healthy food and avoid stress.. No need to take any progesterone tablets now.. Progesterone tablets are given to support your pregnancy. So only after knowing it as a healthy growing pregnancy you need to take it.. But there is no harm in taking the progesterone tablets..

If you experience any pain especially on one side of the lower abdomen get a scan and check up at the earliest to rule out ectopic..

Get a repeat hcg tomorrow to see for the level. Hcg>1500IU, gestational sac can be seen by transvaginal scan..
