What Causes Vaginal Spotting While Lactating?
Question: I delivered my baby thru C-section on 5th Dec 2016. My periods are not yet back but I had little vaginal bleeding this Sunday. Initially I thought the periods are back but the bleeding lasted for just 30 mins or so. I had no other symptoms like abdominal pain, back ache or any other kind of discomfort which I usually have at the start. Is this normal? Why does this happen?

It is common to have such bleeding episodes while lactating the baby and so is the delay in periods
But still you should take care about contraceptive front as ovulation and thus pregnancy can still occur without getting periods
