Question : it feels like a small soft bunch at the end of right testicle

Hi,

You seem to be having a varicocele on the right side. Its dilatation of testicular veins due to obstruction ahead.

You need to get an ultrasound of your abdomen as well as scrotum to rule out abdominal pathology especially renal cancer, which is commen at your age and present like this. And with the report show to a surgeon for a clinical examination for confirmation and subsequent management.
