What Causes Vertigo After Taking Melatonin?

Question: I have been taking 3mg of melatonin and have started having vertigo just when I bend my head down any correlation

Well,vertigo is one of the less common side effects of melatonin but usually it is seen with higher >5mg dosages. So it's not likely that the melatonin is causing it in your case but the only way to know for sure is to stop taking it for several days and see will there be imporvement. if vertigo persists then you need to do more detailed neurologic work up,including head scan.
