Brief Answer:
Possibly vascular headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your wife's symptoms.

Based on that, she seems to be suffering from vascular headache, a condition similar to migraine. This occurs uncommonly after orgasm, due to increased blood flow to certain parts of brain.

This would improve shortly with symptomatic treatment, such as ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets for headache and betahistine tablets for dizziness.

If headache does not subside in a few hours, then, it may be useful to do a CT scan of brain.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
