What Causes Vertigo Upon Standing, Cold Chills And Nausea?

So, divorce the stubborn man, hire muscle to frogmarch Close the door XXXXXXX him to ambulance, or should i just have a beer and chill in the hammock?
You may try vestibulocochlear stabilizer medication and see if it helps
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I fully understand your concerns. Our balance and coordination especially during walking is actually governed by multiple centres including the vestibulocochlear apparatus of the inner ear, cerebellum (a part on the back of the brain) and a portion of the brain called basal ganglia. Usually such symptoms are associated with nausea and lightheadedness. The inability to walk in a straight line worries me and warrants the requirement of a thorough neurological evaluation.
The first thing that needs to be done is to give medicines like cinnarizine or betahistine (stabilizers of the balance centre of our inner ear) thrice a day. If the problem resolves, you can indeed sit on the hammock with a beer and relax without needing to convince him to go to the doctor. But if it does not, I think you would be able to assure you that an appointment with a neurologist is perhaps more important than getting the vacation messed up.
I understand your concerns for him and also that he is a stubborn man but if you can relax a bit, perhaps your life would be easier and you would sound more convincing.
Hope that helps.
Regards
