Question : I am having vertigo attacks in the morning, I am on setrilene anti depressants also
Brief Answer:
possibly side effect of sertraline
Detailed Answer:
I have read your query.
There is a strong possibility that the vertigo is a side effect of sertraline.
You will need to try to take the medicine in the evening, instead of the night.
I think that should help.
I am assuming you take sertraline at bedtime.
If not so let me know. In that case please add the type of vertigo you have, when does it come, in relation to any activity, any other symptom.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
