Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
The description of your symptoms are in favour of benign positional paroxysmal vertigo.
Though other causes like cervical spondylitis, low blood sugar ,low blood pressure have to be ruled out.
For symptomatic relief you could start taking Tab Betaserc 4mg daily.
It would also be nice if I could get a list of medications which you presently are on .
Vertigo excercises will also help like slow side to side eye movements, slow neck movements and slow position change ,you could ask a physiotherapist to teach you all of the excercises.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
You could start by taking 8mg at night .You may feel a bit sleepy.
After 3 to 4 days if you feel less sleepy and get more used to the tablet you can take twice a day after food .
Hope your blood sugar and blood pressure are under control.
