Brief Answer:
Get your blood pressure checked

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

It is possible that your stomach upset has led to salt and water loss which in turn has lead to some electrolyte imbalance and reduction in blood pressure. This could lead to some vertigo. I will suggest:
* Get your blood pressure checked on three different occasions.
* Drink plenty of fluids.
* Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits since they contain plenty of potassium.
* Take healthy food. Avoid long gaps between meals. Exercise regularly.

I think that these would help you gain control over the situation.

Regards
