Brief Answer:
Betahistine is commonly prescribed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would like to know better history about the problem. You were given NOOTROPIL which is micro circulation regulator in the brain and some anti vertigo tablets

I am sorry that I cannot give you a prescription of drug here with no proper history. But I only presume it to be Benign posititional vertigo where some movements of the head cause vertigo. However I could see that you already take Tab VERTIN (Betahistine) which is a good drug for vertigo and commonly prescribed. Even if you get attacks after taking this you should exercise

An ENT specialist would be able to guide you exercise for BPPV. These exercises cannot be demonstrated online and has to be under supervision.

Hope this answers

Brief Answer:
Yes Vertin can be used when you have sensation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is so that when you have vertigo episodes it will recur with spontaneous resolutions at least for couple of days to a week. So doctors advise for a course of Vertin twice to thrice a day for the entire week so that the labyrinth is suppressed and you do not feel giddy.

Yes you can use the Vertin as and when needed it is by far a safe drug at low doses. If the buzzing is a new symptom you need a fresh ENT consultation by doctor to check for perforation of ear drum.

Hope this answers your question.
