What Causes Very Loose Bowel Movement?

Question: Had a very loose bowel movement early today that came out very rapid and quite waterly in nature. it felt like someone inserted a hose into my intestines under high pressure and turn it on. This evening I again had one, but not quite as strong but still very rapid in nature. I had eaten some Thai food last nite with lots of peppers, onions and XXXXXXX I also had a pepper and onion omelet for breakfast thsis morning.

Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having very loose bowel movements (bm) is due to consuming a very spicy meal like Thai food.

It is a normal reaction to this type if foods. It will be settled by late evening as it usually takes a couple of days to improve.

Try to :
- drink more water
- avoid heavy/spicy meals for a couple of days
- have more banana,rice,apple sauce, toast to help harden the feces.
