Brief Answer:
Trauma related, needs management & Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

Sense of vibration and buzzing sound in ear ( Tinnitus) may be an association of the trauma you had or may be the medicine you are on. Lyrica does that.

Pinched nerves and sciatica needs exercises, keep doing them regularly, take some muscle relaxants and pain killers. Try some epidural steroid injections, they work fine. Lose weight maintain posture and lie on flat surfaces straight , it will help both earlier sensations and sciatica.

Get a psychological evaluation too as trauma PTSD also presents this way of sensations in the midnight.

Stay in touch with your spine specialist and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

May the odds be ever in your favour.

Brief Answer:
Tinnitus and buzzing are connected

Detailed Answer:
Thank you fro getting back to me

Tinnitus is the leading cause of it. Inner ear vestibular area once manipulated or compromised , leads to such complaints as vibration and buzzing sounds.

You need to get this spinal issues fixed first. Physiotherapy exercises is the best option for that.

For tinnitus, there are many options like TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation, Biofeedback, electrical stimulation, neuromonics, counseling, support groups, pharmacologic therapies, tinnitus maskers, hearing aids, tinnitus feedback retraining,
Gingko Biloba, niacin, Acupressure and acupuncture and last but not the least surgical intervention.

Let your otorhinolaryngologist be the judge of what is best for you. Just get to them.

all your issues will fixed once tinnitus is fixed.

take care
