Question : The other day I was sitting and working on my computer when all of a sudden my hands started shaking and I had diffuse sweating, maybe a little weakness. I went and layed down for an hour and the symptoms went away. But the sweating was really bad, running down my body.

Hi there,

Diffuse sweating with tremors is always a concern for cardiac causes.

I would recommend getting blood work to rule out any metabolic, electolryte, or endocrine causes. I would also recommend getting an EKG and a stress test, as well as an ultrasound of your heart.
