Since the last sexual activity was sometime back (10 days) and since you are already on birth control, there is less possibility of the bleeding being vaginal. It is rather more likely to be due to urinary tract infection which can often be asymptomatic.
I have two suggestions for you.
Firstly take plenty of fluids and water to drink which will basically flush out the infection. You may continue taking Urosept which possibly alkalinises the urine and performs the same function that taking plenty of fluids does.
The next thing would be to get your urine examined for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. If the results are suggestive of urinary tract infection, you will have to visit a doctor and get it treated with antibiotics.
