What Causes Viral Throat Infection, Bacterial Infection Of Ears, Sinuses And Tonsils?

Question : A few days ago I noticed blood (looking fresh and red) when I wiped after urinating, this seems to continue (blood visible during day, seems to disappear towards evening and reappears overnight) for the last few days, since Friday last week. Also looking in the toilet bowl there is blood mixed with the urine, so I checked and it seems when I push the last bits of urine (a bit harder) then the blood appears too. I have no idea where the blood is coming from - seems to be urinary tract but may be my vagina. I had urinary tract infections before and they always seemed to start that way but quickly follow with a lot of pain in my back - kidney areas and burning while passing urine. I don't have those symptoms now even though it has been almost a week. In the beginning I have tried to treat this supposed urinary tract infection with Urosept - an over the counter herbal remedy popular in Poland which was successful in curing the problem every time in the past. But since I am not developing any more related symptoms I stopped taking those pills after 2 days. The only 'burning' like sensation I feel when I wipe myself, but it may be due to the fact I am using too much pressure trying to make sure I get rid of the blood and it is most noticable around the vaginal opening. Medical history: I am a new mom (12 weeks old baby, I was induced but finally delivered by c section as I did not dilate past 7 cm and baby was getting too acidic), currently on blood pressure medication (labetalol hydrochloride 400mg 2x daily) after episodes of high bp during delivery and after (highest 170/110 in the week after the cesarean, now 130/80). My surgery scar finally healed at 9 weeks after cesarean (had a problem with about 3cm on the right side of that which was treated with fucidic acid, saline washes and finally dressings for 3 weeks). I have also recently went on birth control - pills, Cerazette (Desogestrel 75 micrograms) and became sexually active again (one intercourse using condoms 10 days ago since my birth control was not working yet then). 2 weeks ago I had a very bad viral throat infection which later involved bacterial infection of ears, sinuses and tonsils and spread to my bronchis and was treated with antibiotics (amoxycillin) - i finished taking that last week on wednesday. During the infection I was using an inhaler (Salamol CFC free) to help with breathing - 2 puffs 2-3 x a day and now I am using it to relieve dry cough at night - 2x in the last 10 days. When I had that throat infection I also used Benzocaine+Tyrothricin throat lozenges (mild anaesthetic) to relieve the pain and to be able to swallow when eating and taking my bp medication. I also quit smoking on saturday and started using nicotine patch (Niquitin 21mg) thursday before that - still use that. Also about 2 weeks ago I started using my pre-pregnancy underwear and the edge of my pants scratched my groin very badly - this seemed wet so I went to the doctor who said it was most likely 'thrash' and got Clotrimazole Hydrocortisone cream for it but the redness and pain went away on their own before I had a chance to fill my prescription (in the next 48h) so my guess would be it was not an infection but rather just a 'friction' type of skin inflammation which went away after I stopped wearing that underwear. I used baby oil and Nivea cream to keep the groin area friction-free. I am sorry about the long medical information but I have no idea what may be relevant and it seems I have been suffering from quite a few different problems since going into labour on 30th August 2014.
