What Causes Visible Painful Dark Spots On Finger Tips And Left Foot?

Question: Hi, I've had these tiny dark spots deep under the skin on my finger tips only for about 3 weeks and today they are much more visible and painful to touch. See pics. I also have a kind of throbbing/ pins and needles in my fingers too. I have had a similar thing on my left foot only for 6 weeks which blisters and leaves sore exposed skin areas. There are no lines or track marks and it's very slow spreading. Doesn't itch. It doesn't look like hand foot and mouth which i had 1 year ago. Please help.

Brief Answer: Need more information Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic After going through the pictures and your history I would keep a possibility of vasculitis. I would like to gather some more information from you in order to be able to help you better. --Do you have systemic symptoms like fever, malaise, myalgia(muscle pain), joint pains etc? --Were the lesions on your feet, red, non-blanchable(putpura) and tender? Did they extend up to the level of ankle and lower leg, or were they localized to the feet only? Were they associated with swelling of the feet? Can you upload a picture of the lesions on your feet? --Any history of preceding drug intake? regards
