                                            Question : Hi there is swollen hard vein in my penis after masterbation its doesnt seem to go away what do i do?

This is a dilated tributary of one of the Superficial Dorsal Vein of penis and seen in many individuals .
It is not going to impose any difficulty in performing sexual activities nor it will have any negative effect on your sexual potency .
There is nothing to be worried about and there is no treatment that can regress this dilated vein .
