These are spider veins and telangiectasias. Don't worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
What you are describing are spider veins and telangiectasias.
These are normal variants and very common in women above 40 years of age. Some get them on their calves, some on thighs and some on feet or ankles. There is nothing to worry about as they will not give you any problems except for cosmetic appearance.
Aspirin can only increase chances of minor bleed if by chance you injure any of these veins. There is no need to stop the medicine however as it would have been started for your heart.
Just don't worry.
You can wear compression stockings so that they don't increase in size. Otherwise, nothing else is needed.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,
Dr. Rishi, General Surgeon
