Question : Dr Seikhoo Bishnoi only please. I am doing okay. It really hurt to know that you think XXXXXXX won't be back. Does anyone know what happens inside a person when they go so far down the road into psychosis? I know his wife had to have struggled with these same issues..he left her to run the business and became remote, distancing himself from her from what he told me she said to him when she was dying four and six years ago..she wanted more affection and he wouldn't even sit next to her. He gave me mixed signals as to whether or not he wanted to sit next to me and yet, twice he tried to kiss me but I wouldn't let him. It sort of came out of the blue as he was talking about this other woman he claimed was a satanist...now I am not sure if she was at the time or not though my mother was a satanist so part of what he was saying was true..a lot of it might just have been hallucinations...he had both visual and auditory hallucinations.

what happens to people like him? Will he be murdered or will he kill someone or do you think he will just finally not take care of himself anymore and be taken in to the hospital? He owns a business and a house and five cars and some money. I tried to get people over to see if he was okay but i can't do that anymore. I am sad to think that the one man in my life i truly really really loved and bonded with is like this. i have been married twice and never was this close as I was to XXXXXXX .it is not in me to ever have another relationship..I want only XXXXXXX ..I am moving on but in a rather sad depressed sort of way...it all was so what God wanted for both of us and yet, XXXXXXX sounded like he didn't care about me at the hearing..he also has DID I am pretty sure. XXXXXXX could even see him switching..

XXXXXXX is back by the way. He IS grown up and I am so happy he is beginning to take over some responsibilities on his own...

Brief Answer:
He can become danger to anyone

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
XXXXXXX is back and that is very good thing. Now as we discussed in last conversation that don't talk about XXXXXXX If possible don't think about him. Things related to XXXXXXX caused so much harm and this might drag XXXXXXX away again. Few days back XXXXXXX was your priority and please concentrate on him only. He needs your care and attention as he has Asperger's.

Hallucinations in most persons develop suddenly and with progression of time they start losing touch with reality. He might not kill himself but he can become danger to anyone at any time. He was probably having command hallucinations and this can lead to dangerous things also. His psychosis is deteriorating progressively and he might become possible danger to anyone.

Thanks

Oh, okay..I don't want to drive XXXXXXX away again but it is hard to let go of XXXXXXX totally as i am not living with XXXXXXX anymore and am so lonely. I had a dream this morning and it was all the bad feelings and sadness since XXXXXXX went away. XXXXXXX is still with his Dad as I don't have a place to stay with him by me. He wants to work and is setting things up on his own with his doctors. He is taking benadryl for insomnia which works for him but not for me. Anyway, not having XXXXXXX here is so hard. He was so gently and then in February of 2014 he just turned on me and chased me out of his store. So unlike the man I met in 2013.
I will never see him again will I? The kind gentle man I used to know? It is so hard to face that and I really feel like I don't have a purpose anymore. Not one I want anyway...life is so very very hard for me right now...I am glad that XXXXXXX is better but he doesn't really need me now he has his Dad...

Brief Answer:
Please concentrate on yourself

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Try to look at things with positive side. At least XXXXXXX returned from hospital and now he can contact you. You can call him. Few days back we had fear that hospital might pass injunction orders, but that didn't happen. So every thing is improving now just keep things related to XXXXXXX aside.
XXXXXXX has no access to treatment and no one is there that can point out his current mental state. In such case the chances of recovery are very remote. So please try to not to think about him. Please concentrate on yourself and your health.

Thanks

But how do I do that exactly? XXXXXXX is the man I have loved most in life. What are the chances of him hurting someone? Do people like him get into trouble for hurting people or do they just stay psychotic and keep living like that psychotic and filled with violence? I wish that I could see the man he was sometime but that won't happen now right?
Its as though he died right?

Brief Answer:
Accept that he is psychotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Try to divert your attention and spend your time in some constructive activities. Visit temple, talk with XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX just don't think about XXXXXXX

The chances can't be predicted. He might harm others or self or just remain in psychotic state with total social withdrawal. A psychotic patient can become violent at any time without provocation also. Please accept that he is a psychotic and have no insight.

Thanks.
