Brief Answer:
Needs evalution

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that there is some underlying retinal issue involved. The rod and cone ration or neutrotransmitter balance could have been affected somehow. Glaucoma or other eye related issues could also be contributory. You need to undergo a thorough ophthalmological evaluation (including split lamp microscopy as well as direct/indirect ophthalmoscopy). You need to visit an eye doctor for the same.

Let me know if I could help further.
