I can understand your concern. Karvol plus contains camphor, eucalyptus oil, Turpin oil all these help in decongestion. But when taken orally it may cause Nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen, dizziness or twitching. It can also cause mucosal erosion.

Although the amount consumed is very low for this age to cause any significant symptom. You can observe him and get him to the hospital if any symptom develops. But as the different bodies often have different metabolism I would better like to get him monitored at a nearby hospital at least for 12 hours.
