Question : Why do I vomit (usually dark green bile) after lifting or bending over. It occurs approximately 2 times a week.

You are probably having bile reflux.
Bile is usually seen in the small intestine. In bile reflux, it refluxes upwards in to the stomach and esophagus.

If you have persistent bile reflux symptoms you can consider taking bile sequestrants and prokinetic medications for relief.
You can discuss with your doctor for prescription of these medications.
