Question : I am experiencing vomitting after food , with feeling of blocked gas preventing surge back from stomach. Involuntary surge back from stomach with heaviness in chest lasts upto one hour or more. Regurgitates 200-300 CC or more of surge back, with phlegm before condition subsides slowly. Happening frequently now after lunch, main meal of day. Breakfast and supper are very light affairs for me.

I have gone through your medical history and can say that all the symptoms you are feeling are due to acid reflux.

At this point, I highly recommend to:
- be careful with foods you eat
- take extra pillow to sleep at night
- increase the dose of Protonix
- take antacids after eating
- eat often and small portions
