Brief Answer:
Do breast feeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The vomiting after feeding on Farex can be due to allergy or inadequate burping after the feed.
Right now it is best to breast feed the baby. It will prevent any further allergy or irritation and will soothe the baby. Try to do on demand feeding. It is best to breast feed the baby after every vomit and rub the back in downward stroke for proper burping after every feed.
If the baby is active and is accepting the breast feed then there is no need to worry. In case the baby is refusing to feed; is febrile or is not active then it is best to consult the pediatrician for a physical examination and prescription medicines.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
