Brief Answer:
Gastric discomfort, needs supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Vomiting with burps followed by burning sensation with minimal pain in epigastric region is likely a gastric discomfort either gastritis and or acid reflux. Its good that you took pepcid but alone it wont be enough. Its also good that you avoid caffeine and fatty foods. Add alcohol, beer, cola, beverages, spicy foods, processed canned foods, chocolates and sweets to forbidden list and it will help. Eat small frequent meals, delay lying down after meal for at least 3 hours. Exercise regularly and keep taking antacids.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
