What Causes Vomiting Along With Rash And Difficulty In Breathing?

Question: Hi Dr. My son was vomiting yesterday but it seems to have stopped. Now he has a rash and breathing difficulties. Gave him allergex. He seems better now. What could be the cause? He is 5 years old
