Brief Answer:
Please take your wife to the emergency room immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
It appears that your wife might be having a stomach infection which is causing her to throw up and have diarrhea. As she is feeling weak, there is a possibility of her having a severe infection. If the vomiting and diarrhea continues uncontrolled, in spite of giving immodium, soon she may become dehydrated due to excessive water and fluid loss. Dehydration can get serious and also at times fatal.

It is suggested that you take her to the emergency room and give her lots of water and fresh fluids to drink, in small amounts at a time, until you get to the ER.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
