Question: Hello,

I am a 24 yr old female. 230 lbs. Yesterday I vomited 5 times and have diarrhea. Today I feel very weak and cannot seem to eat. No vomiting today. Diarrhea and feel very lethargic.

Vomiting and diarrhea you have might be due to a stomach bug.
Vomiting and diarrhea can lead to dehydartion and electrolyte (salt) loss.
That is the reason why you feel weak.
You need to take oral rehydartion solution ( like pedialyte) for relief.
You can take BRAT diet (Banana Rice Apple sauce and Toast).
Get a stool test to look for infection for which you may have to take a course of antibiotics.
