Question : I woke up this morning with what I think is stomach flu... throwing up and diarrhea.... but now when I am throwing up, seems warm and looks like blood..

I am sorry to hear that you are having what you think maybe a stomach flu. You have had vomiting and diarrhea this morning but now your vomitus has blood in it. I would recommend that you go to the ER to be evaluated. It is hard to tell how much bleeding a person could have if they find blood in the vomitus. This could be a bleeding ulcer and needs to be seen immediately. I would not recommend waiting to see what happens
