Brief Answer:
Syncopes

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic.

I have gone carefully through your question and understand your concerns. The presentation could be due to syncopes or vasovagal attacks which in turn could indirectly be due to dehydration. A syncope occurs when due to any reason the blood flow to the brain decreases and the brain does not get its requisite nutrition. Since the brain does not have any energy storage, the brain immediately stops functioning and you get blackout or start seeing spots. Dehydration would thus decrease the total blood volume in circulation and therefore increase the possibility of getting syncopes. She needs to drink plenty of Gatorade, ORS (oral rehydration solution), water and fluids. If the problem still persists it would be a good idea to see a doctor.

Let me know if I could help further.
